This website is hosted on Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA). When you visit our website, Netlify may collect server log files including your IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of access. 3. Fonts
The fonts used on this website (Geist) are served from our own domain. Your browser does not connect to Google Fonts or any other external font server.
4. Contact Form
When you use our contact form, the data you enter (name, email, company, message and, optionally, your phone number) is sent directly from your browser to our database at Supabase (Supabase, Inc., USA) and stored there. The database project is hosted in the AWS region US East (Ohio), USA. Name, email, company and message are required fields; the phone number is optional. We use the data exclusively to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract at your request) and, for general business inquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering inquiries). Your data will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Email and Phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (for example your name, contact details and the content of your message) to handle your request. Our email is operated with Microsoft 365 (Microsoft). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We delete the data once your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Booking via Calendly
Our website links to a booking page at Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). Calendly content is not loaded on our pages; Calendly only receives data once you open the link and book an appointment. When you book, Calendly processes the data you enter there (for example name, email address and chosen time slot) to provide the booking service. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. 7. External Links
Our website contains links to LinkedIn and to agentificial.com, the website of our brand Agentificial, which is operated by the same controller. When you follow these links, you leave our website and the privacy policy of the respective website applies. We have no control over the data collected by LinkedIn.
8. Cookies & Tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or third-party advertising. Only technically necessary cookies may be set by the hosting provider.
9. Transfers to Third Countries
Netlify, Supabase, Calendly and Microsoft may process data in the USA. Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, this is based on the safeguards provided under Art. 44 ff. GDPR, such as an EU adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses, as applicable to the respective provider.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to withdraw any consent you have given with effect for the future. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA).
